I have just dremeled out the excess in the std airbox and also had to dremel the bottom edge of the maf as its too big to fit in the recess, now no lip on bottom of maf. Anyway all done and a tight fit! Question is does the maf to airbox need to be 100% airtight? As for the maf horn inside...

It's coming from passenger footwell. I had the garage check for wheel bearing and ball joints but there is no sign of these being at fault. Any suggestions???? There is no common pattern to when it makes that noise.

I have retrofitted isofix and just bought an isofix grp2-3 child car seat. It also has a top tether installation where it clips to an anchor point in the car. I can't seem to locate mine. PLS note the rear seat firewall is fixed. Anyone know where it maybe?

I have a tt maf and need to put my sensor in it. I can't open and the screws have something in the middle which prevent my Torx fitting. Another quick question will a TT maf horn fit into the a4 airbox.

Today being one of the hottest days, was driving home and on couple of occasions at standstill the revs drops to around 5k and the cluttered for a few seconds. Anyone know what might going on?? It wasn't everytime.

Fitted my universal cone filter today. All seems ok. I have a few queries. When I fitted it with all the air box removed the filter when fitted seems to flop to the chassis. I refitted the bottom part of the air box and cable tied around the maf to the box to help support. It's a bit crap...
