What you see at 3200-4200rpm is boost surge. the turbo compressor is working at the limit line(to high boost) and pressure is slipping back to the intake side. thats way you have the wosh wosh sound.
Its possible to do it yourself! but some experince is good.
You mean can you run it with the RS4 valve witouth mapping for it?
There is no problem to run with the RS4 valve witouth mapping for it. This valve is only ther for safty reasons. the N276 valve on the top of the HPFP do...
Its not a big job but can be wery time consuming if not did it before!:) Valve is not located on the pump. but it sits on the fuel rail over the injectors. What makes this a hard job is that it sits under the intake manifold. you need 14 and 17mmm crow foot and elbow grease. Some beers...
I will say the Torqbyte PM3 amplifier. Becouse with TTRS/RS3 conroller you lose some standard features like pump priming when you open drivers door and also the pump will not stop instantly after you remove key from ignition. that is frustrating. hehe..
You can see problems with runing the RS pump and stock controller with software for stock lpfp. as Alex sayes the controller can overheat, becous it is only made for 10amp and RS pump can draw 20 amp. new software that calibrates the duty cycle can fix this . or you can install RS...
Normal tubing size used is 2.75inch. thats rough 69,85mm. CTS Turbo intake excl. use 2,75mm tubing and is known for wery correct fuel trim values. how deep the sensor sit in the pipe/housing and where on the pipe its located is as important for correct measurement,
Revo intake is litte of but is not normal to have 16.5% ltft with revo intake. So somthing tells me can be somthing else with the car or maf scaling in the software is not stock. normaly 66-67mm tubing works good if not any bends right before or after sensor. I have made many...
Fuel trim looks wery good. Not good to know what APR maybe have done to work better with aftermarked intakes. If say your intake now is correct. 303g/s is wery good. that is TTE420 flow capasity.
You gays most also calculate with increased ignition timming and other lambda values in a tuning file, that can make the promised power values. Say if one tuner says his stage 2+ file gives 360hp, that does not mean that measured air flow need to be 360*0,8= 288g/s...
Hi, To reach 400bhp. you will at first need a bigger turbo than the Stock turbo like a TTE420 or similar. And then you need all the supporting mods like Downpipe/Exhaust,Uppgraded hig pressure fuel pump, uppgraded air intake and RS4(136)/145/155/165bar rail presure valve.
Not really...
Ok. You think they maybe can be RS3 injektors then?:) Loba motorsport are selling a 2.0tfsi fuling kit that includes RS3 injektors. No modyfying is nedded, only need to remove the slaves on tip of injektors and they will fit in TFSI head.
Here is also another comapny selling Injektors they clame is correct for 2.0TFSI engine:

Wondering if this injektors in reality is RS3 injektors or the new RS5 4.2...
I am sure you already know this, but the TSI injektors will not fit the FSI cylinder head.
Audi/VW TSI and Cobalt uses HDEV 5 style injektors and FSI uses HDEV 1 style.
