My mate has a 2003 bex 1.8 t a4q. He had no heat in cabin and overheating. So he changed the thermostat but he can't seem to bleed it. He has opened the wee Allen key bleed nipple but it just seems to blow cold air. Any ideas guys.

strange one but keep thinking for last few weeks i can hear a whine at tickover. turned off the fan and im sure it went away. but my mate borrowed it the other night and he heard it to.. its like a hoover a few doors away and with fan off now its still there. it is faint but does my nut in. lol...

Hope someone can help here... My oil light comes on after about 5 miles yet it has plenty oil in it.Do you think it will just be a dodgy sensor. Sorry its a 2002 2.5 tdi v6. If its a sensor where would i find it....
