    Q5 Ticking/rattling acceleration Q5 2.0tdi

Just to add - complete guesses as haven't heard your noise, but may help research into the problem. Suprised the mechanic doesn't know where to start??

    Q5 Ticking/rattling acceleration Q5 2.0tdi

Just from previous experience the injectors work harder under under load - so the more fuel required to drive the engine the more they have to work to pump it in. I'm sure I've seen on one of the ODB apps (maybe VCDS?) you can look at injector cycles and pressure for individual units - someone...

    Q5 Ticking/rattling acceleration Q5 2.0tdi

    Q5 Q5 Suspension refresh?

So, just had my annual service and its been pointed out a couple of my control arms are perished and both top mounts are badly worn - the cars on 79k, is it worth replacing the shocks as well while its all out? or are they good for another chunk of mileage? Also, anyone recommend the control arm...

    SQ5 034 Motorsport ARB (Rear Anti-Roll Bar)

Hi, Does anyone know if the standard SQ5 ARB's are thicker than the 2.0tdi versions? just wondering if it could be a cost effective upgrade for models that don't quite have the SQ5 power punch! :grinning:
