You're right, not my fault. But because they delivered to my shipper they are going state my shipper damaged it. Paypal keeps directing me to eBay, ebay say the "return" I opened is now closed (by seller), end of. Any reputable firm would have refunded on the spot, unfortunately they are not.

As I have left feedback it will be hard. From their latest reply, they are going to say it got damaged by my shipper and that's my problem. Ebay will side with them. I will just wind myself up and waste even more energy on them. Just going to cut my losses, I will never deal with them again...

I too have the Wagner, easy install, great quality & you don't have to cut the crash bar. My Intake temps now sit around 5 degs higher than ambient temp.
