    Car - A3 2.0 TDI 140 remapped Okay, will I have any problems like EML on if I cut out the cat and the second silencer? (Not big silencer at back, the one before it) and weld some straight pipes in place..? Please see pic for better explanation.

    Removing Radiator

    A3 2.0 TDI 140 DSG. Yes if you stand infront of car, it goes Air con rad first, Intercooler middle and coolant rad at back. Maybe it will help keep car cool as fans were constantly having to turn on.

    I am trying to remove the Air Con Rad from infront of the intercooler. ;) What do i do with the hoses, blank them off? i won't have any problem will i?

    Its best to get it checked out, My turbo just blew and i have an automatic so could not stall the car. Its scary!! Mine put out a literally cloud of grey/white smoke for miles high until engine finally turned off.
