Got a set of s line kick plates I need to fit but obviously remove my old ones, looks like 2 clips and double sided tape holds them on. Do they come off easy and would a heatgun make removing any easier?

As above Im looking for a s line headliner so I can have a all black interior, but the ones Ive found look the same apart from not having cut outs for the sunvisor/vanity lights. Surely these lights are standard or are they part of the lighting pack?
