It's not just an S3 thing. I've an A3 saloon with B&O and the sound settings keep resetting.
Also, I've never noticed the surround setting making a difference between max and min. What effect does the surround setting have when it's working?
Well I didn't but I can only speak for myself.
I would have hoped that if you've paid for B&O, the controls should be the same whether you have an A3 or S3.
My A3 saloon (without technology pack - just B&O) was 2017 BW 13, 27th March, so following your logic it should have been 0875, not 0191?
While I'm here, what should the surround setting do on my MMI - to my ears there's no difference, max or min?
I've option 1 on my new s-line because that was the only 19" choice. So, they're not exclusive to the S3, plus they were available on the pre-facelift.
However, you'll see a lot of option 2 or similar on A4 s-lines, so that's not good either. I think option 2 is better on the sportback.
Mag ride isn't standard on an s-line as the standard wheels are 18". Choosing the 19" alloys also adds the mag ride option. Just saw your post above!
I only picked up the car on Tuesday evening and haven't had much time to play with the settings. All I can say so far is that the ride is fine...
I changed my order to a build week 13 saloon, so the MY18 thing isn't relevant to me any more. Though, it would be interesting to see what changes are happening. Perhaps there'll be some answers in the MY18 thread.
I always run my finger around the edge of the front face of each wheel after getting tyres fitted to check for any roughness which the fitter may have caused. Because of the tyre fitting gunk plastered over the wheel and the fact that the damage is on the edge of the rim, not the face, I didn't...
I had two new front tyres fitted to my A3 S-Line alloys just over a week ago. On washing the car I noticed damage to the rim of the wheel, well within the coverage of the rim protector.
I can only assume that this was caused by the tyre fitter. Before approaching the tyre company, I'd like to be...
Did you take over a stock order that had already entered production, or did you actually make changes to an order in the system? With that turnaround I would have thought that the car was already in preparation when you placed your order with Audi.
It's confusing - think about it this way - for my PFL car there was no AUTOMATIC time change - it was all manually initiated (manual off does not mean automatic on).
So for 'manual BST on' - you manually select it and the hour goes forward. For 'manual BST off' you manually select it and the...
If I had realised that Park Assist was only a little extra on top of Parking System Plus, I'd have included it - even if I was rarely going to use it.
From the A3 price guide, I thought it was only £125 if you had specified the Driver Assistance Pack, not the Parking System Plus too.
