Did you progress on this? Looks like you need to tap into 2 ECu pins but hard to make out the instructions from the pics.

When working right they should pull from say 1750 rpm to 4k hard min makes peak torque at 3k and peak power shortly below 4k. Premixing 2 stroke helps. Also get the torque app and monitor MAF and Boost readings.

Glad you got it sorted - I've got a few projects on the go and my A4 works "well enough" but I'm sure I've got an N75 or vac issue too so need to replace the lines at least. What N75 did you use and where did you source/how much was it?

Andy, does the actuator move when you start the engine (have someone check) the actuator is super stiff with the bracket done up, it will not move like a 1.9 will. I've Mr Muscled my 2.5, trick is to take the downpipe off - pull it to one side and make a cheap gasket from cardboard or cling film...

I've replaced all my return lines - fuel filter and thermostatic valve and I have the same ticking which I think is lifters or injectors. What injectors did you replace and why and was the ticking present before? Also are we talking return lines being cleaned or supply?

Couldn't tell you how many lines from memory but very easy. Buy a length of it and cut as needed and replace - be careful with the N75 and EGR Valve's the nipples can snap if things are tight so some silicon spray or WD40 might help there.

Nice one - noted for new parts I'll be getting. I've typically found ECP to be good with webcodes but just recently finding my 2.5/B6 (Different independent things) they don't have. How are you getting on with the changed TPS?

How far with ops guide have you got? I think it sounds like the rocker cover is off and you just are struggling to get the injector out after taking the clamp off?

My best on my 2.5 TDI Quattro Advant is 40 using very careful driving... Doing a very awful work commute 8 miles takes up to 45-50 minutes I get 28-32 mpg - I'm interested to see what changes with new injectors and a remap next to take it into the 250's
