@N417H4N lol was just putting it out there.lol
I'm not looking at making any profit on it mate, I bought it early this year but I've recently sold the car and the lights are sat in the garage. Pm me a reasonable offer and I'll take it. @Humpers
I know how it feels mate, after investing all that money and no luck.
Can you go back to the specialist to complain about it and see if you would get a discount to get the head changed if it's actually the head.
Did they pressure test your head though???
Ohhhh dear!!lol well darksidedevelopment have an amc complete cylinder head for £650 if you fancy going that route. How frequent are you topping up coolant now???
Hi mate, I bought mine from the bay for £300. My engine is bkd and I got the replacement head ending with C which is meant to be better. I did all the work myself and it wasn't too much of a bad job. I don't know how good you are with a spanner but you can get a quote from a few garages round...
hi guys
I'm after someone to spray a few panels on my car for me after facelifting.
I've got a new bonnet, new rear bumper which are primed good to go.
The sline front bumper is used with no dents or damage but in colour black.
All the panels can be taking off by myself to make spraying easier...
Got a quote from Eurocarparts for Sachs flywheel and clucth at a price of £450.
Not sure if that is an organic friction plate or not but I'm just looking for something that will do the job and at a good price :))
Ohhh really???
After reading a few threads on here, I was under the impression that Sachs organic clutch and flywheel would be the best because a lot of people here using it.
Hi,
I've got an 04 bkd which is loosing coolant on an hourly basis.
Luckily my mate has offered me his 2.0l bmn from his mk 5 GT TDI for free if I do the swap.
He's got a dsg gearbox in his so I'm after a new flywheel and cluctch for that engine.
I would have fitted my old clucth and...
Well that's a good start but I'm after something a bit more concrete.lol
Just curious if anyone has ever done it by buying the parts or through a donner.
I know others will suggest selling my car and buying something new but that's just easy and no fun.
Well I don't know about @Muzzuz but my question was if you could rip the whole single phase module out and replace the entire system with a dual stage??
Thanks
