Been offered a set of 8 and 9 x 18 alloys, with 225/40/18 tyres all round, to go on my S3 8L. Two questions, is the 225 a bit stretched on a 9 inch rim, and because of the stretch, will this reduce the rolling radius of the rears, and cause any problems with the 4wd? Regards Craig.

Read a couple threads, regarding water pumps. Which is best for replacement? New Audi plastic impeller, or go for the metal one. Read a few times, that people have experienced leaks with the metal one. Cheers Craig.

Been to see a couple of cars, both o3 plate, low miles, Audi fsh etc. Both cars had some rust starting to bubble through along the roof rails. In both cases, it was along the passenger side only, is this normal, does it affect one side more than the other? How willing are Audi to sort this out...
