I have completely blocked off the evap system but left the electrical connecter plugged in, but keep getting an error code 16825 evap system incorrect flow. anybody know why im getting this? thanks.

its just with the de cat I have fitted the o2 sensor is pushed right upto the heat shield and the wires may break eventually. thanks for the reply though tuffty, big help. nice one.

No play at all the turbo worked fine as far as I could tell, went from a 210bhp golf with k03s to s3 8l amk standard so 210bhp again. Iv just spent loads rebuilding the engine with forged rods, new valves, guides, tappets and alot of other bits so thought I might aswell make the turbo like new...

Well I have tried alot of companies and I cant get one. I have only found one used turbo but dont want to risk getting that, taking it apart and find the same problem. If the wastegate hole was made bigger would the chinese one work, is the casting strong enough. Thanks for the reply.
