I've enabled both sections via vcds and I get the background lighting option in the menu but it doesn't seem to control anything and nothing changes when going from dark to bright, does it only work if the light pack is fitted? Regards.

I think that's a bargain, I paid 10k for my s line 59 plate 90k fsh absolutely mint 19" rotas only thing missing on mine was sat nav. I'd expect some flaws at that price, do a hpi and check the log book make sure it's not a dressed up SE.

Just a update to say I managed to sort it, parked on level ground and reset the channel 30 to 118 and 33 to 128 and it went back to where it was when I started. Happy days.

Been trying to enable the hidden menu today and whenever I try to click into the module I get the error no response from controller, is the symphony system compatible? I've managed to switch on ambient/background lighting and get the dial in the display but it doesn't seem to alter anything...

Having a little play with vcds and for some reason weather I clicked something without knowing my gauge went from 1/2 to just under 3/4 after some reading I've managed to get it back down to where it was but if possible I would like somebody to check the values in the adaptation and tell me what...

New to vcds and was having a click around enabling a few things and somehow I noticed my gauge is now reading just under the 3/4 Mark when it was reading on the 1/2 Mark as far as I know I never touched anything to do with fuel just playing with light setting alarm chirp etc..... I'm parked on...

Chirp can be turned on via vcds I belive.

Sounds like a optional extra it was then avant or saloon, I don't have the button in the door so I'm guessing mine doesn't have it which means it's not broke! Makes sense as my passat had the botton also. I thought things like this would have been standard on a s line?!

Did a quick search and was surpised to find nothing. when I push the middle bottom on my fob the boot pops and im abke to lift it manually, am I right to assume it should open itself completely up and rise by itself? I also expected to have a boot relesse botton on the drivers door?where these...
