Daft question, once I have the car waxed (BH double speed wax) is it just a case of shampooing the car after that whenever it requires?

Thanks for replying.
Slowly managing to get a coat of wax on now. Just the roof and nearside to do!
Oh and the interior...
I have half leather half cloth. What would be good upholstery cleaner/shampoo to use?
Cheers

Morning,
Due to time constraints I didn't manage to polish and wax all of the car yesterday. Last night we've had a small amount of rain. With the remaining panels can I just clay bar, polish and wax or should I look to shampooing these again?
Cheers

I armed myself with a toothbrush and a solution of bleach and washing up liquid to get rid of the mold spores that had built up on my window sills. All 4 of them were affected.
Method worked well and hopefully the problem doesn't reappear.

My Tenzi matt cockpit spray arrived today. Could I use this to remove marks and dirt from the nobbly trim down by where the door sill is? Or am I better of removing this with some Surfex HD perhaps?
Cheers

There was a suggestion by someone on here that the BH Surfex HD can be used for a variety of applications based on the dilution. Could I do the interior plastics with it? (Light dilution obviously).
I'm itching to do some work on the car but this weather isn't letting me.

I have well and truly been bitten here.
Some Meguiars pads/applicators and some Tenzi matte cockpit arriving soon.
Doh!

Thanks for the replies. You've just clarified what I was thinking really.
A cold beer might be the way forward instead.

Morning,
I'm really looking forward to getting out and giving the car a good clean but the sun is stopping me. I live on a road where the cars get no shade at all (I even checked at around 7am this morning).
I've looked into getting a tent or some sort of gazebo for the car but haven't found...
A few items purchased recently. Also have some BH Surfex HD and Simoniz Back to Black tyre shine on the way.
Im almost ready to get cleaning and can't wait. My problem is I've just been browsing the detailing forum and keep seeing product recommendations! Im going to stick with what I have...
They probably are. Maybe I got a little excited at the checkout!
Nothing for tyres yet. Really like how @A4A4 dressed his tyres so will see if a product is mentioned in his thread.
5 litres of BH Surfex HD is on the way too. That's the engine bay sorted.

@A4A4 - great job matey. Car looks great. I've ordered some Tenzi matt Cockpit purely off your picture above. So thanks for that :)
What did you use on the wheels? Really like that look.
I can see the tab you're referring to! I'll give that a go. Cheers
Danny - thank you. Any recommendations on some all purpose cleaner? I've seen it mentioned in quite a few posts/YouTube videos but haven't picked any up yet.
I have been busy collecting a few products together, all of which have been delivered. Rather than list them, I've taken a picture :)
Accessories include the following:
- Many microfibre cloths
- A large general purpose microfibre towel
- A wheel wooly type thing
- Detailing brushes
- Wash...
