Took plugs out vented combustion chambers with compressed air and tube. Cleaned plugs, even though new. No change at all. Got stock AJK bin from NefMoto and compared to my bin with HxD and identical. Must be stuck VVT adjusters?! yes/no?!?

Only thing I did was an 'actuator test' which basically tests solenoid in engine: evap, purge, etc, and injectors. All clicked normally. Then on restart....bricks in a cement mixer!! Sounds like the VVTs have adjusted themselves 'out', but have not returned. Any advise how to resolve/reset? Got...

Check maf/map sensor, clean with brake clean or ipa (not ale!!!). Also might be a lambda issue, as my mil light comes and goes under heavy load up hill, but that throws a code. Even a dodgy ignition coil / pack would show a misfire code. Sent from my G3121 using Tapatalk

I'd check sensor first. Then check timing on timing chain second. Not sure what setup on 2.0 tfsi is, but on b6 2.4 v6 & c5 2.7t a lot of people seem to get timing setup out on cams, causing similar problems. 16 link gap, but offset depending on bank and cam. How good was garage that did timing...
