Just back from a 100mile spin, No problems to report. I think i'll tackle the door hinge loom and check the connection into the CCM in the passenger side. maybe a little corrosion on the contacts. No one else had this problem ?

No crash. It happened on a smooth section of the road. Does the CCM host some or all the crash modules ? Would I be correct in assuming I could have a damaged loom heading to the CCM or Door Module. Could all these probs come from the loom at the door hinge ? (I did a small repair there before)

And why not get a garage to do it for you with a correct lens setter ? The bulbs burning point is the same as a halogen, once the aftermarket bulb is the right length the there should be no problem. Auto-leveling is only done when the car is started or the weight changes, they aren't constanlty...
