A6 Avant / Allroad Rear Door Blinds

You can buy these Genuine Audi Accessory Rear Window Blinds, 4B9064362, but unlike the factory fit models these sit on the top of the door trim. These co-incidently cost £75 so I think these are what you where quoted.

HELP: Changing a headlight bulb A6 Avant 2003

It's not difficult, the only thing you have to do is remove the air intake plastic ducting that goes to the airfilter - 2x Screws just to the left of the bonnet catch - where the scoop is. You then have 2x spring clips to remove and the back of the headlamp cover comes off. The blubs are...

Oettinger have got Torque & Power Curves on their web site for the AKE 2.5 Tdi conversion link here: http://www.oettinger.de/inc/showbild.php?bild_id=3567 for all their conversions. Being TuV certified they've got to produce these and be able to repeat the results - so they tend to be...

    allroad suspension

Mike, MTM do a lowering kit for the Allroad - although I'm not sure how it effects the stiffness of the suspension. I changed my wheels to 18" and together with the wider track required to accommodate the wheels ET35 offset I've found the handling has been improved significantly. If you look...

    Retro fit Xenon????

I've just fitted an HID4U H1 kit into my 2002 Allroad. The kit and instructions where brilliant, the Allroad - like the A6 gives you very little room to work with the lights in place. Finding room for the ballasts was a little tricky - ideal location would be under the headlight (as per factory...

    A6 Rear Seats

I've gone from A6's then to an A4 only to go back to the A6. The interior space of the A6 is much bigger than the A6. Width is one area I notice (I remember reading somewhere that the A6 was wider than the then current E Class @ 1999) also the rear foot / leg room. With my seat in it's normal...

    Tyre Pressures

Found this link which recommends F=38 R=42 (which from memory isn't far off what I had my 18's on my old car) http://www.thetyrepressuremonitor.com/tyrepressures_audi.html BTW - where you in the car park at Stirling Springkerse Retail Park on Saturday afternoon, if so nice motor, spotted...

    A6 Avant 2.5TDI quattro towbar

I had a Bosal Removable unit fitted to my previous A6. It fitted perfectly behind the bumber trim, and the removable tow ball fitted in the spare wheel well. I also had the 13 pin electrics fitted as per Audi factory fit - it swung down, from the fitting again making it invisible when not in use.

A6 Avant 2.5TDI quattro self levelling headlamps failure

Check on the near side front suspension arm (easiest with the wheel off) and you should see a short plastic linkage going to a box (about the size of a match box) if that is OK then it could be an electrical problem. Was surprised when I found out on my last car that this bit of plastic was all...

    Allroad - Suspension Settings

waddecar Thanks, although the only Yellow Lamp I have is for the highest position. I remember reading somewhere that there where some changes made to the configuration of the suspension software. I can manually select any of the height positions by pressing the Up or Down button, the...
