    Yes politeness and a good rapport with your salesperson usually brings some reward. Had my A3 for 3 weeks now. The dealer supplied an iPod cable. The USB cable was not in stock but they ordered it and sent it to me free of charge 3 days later.

    Hi Guys, Happy New 8V Year If you look in "Standard Equipment" tab in the A3 configurator it says Space Saver is standard without the sound system upgrade. On the 8P you had to order it separately in place of gloop at the dealers. No gloop on the 8V Without roof rails Xenon Plus headlights...

    A Glaze - Anyone had it done

    Had BMW 3 series done with A Glaze. Still had to wash the bird poo off ASAP.My A3 Ibis White paint is protected with AutoGlym products as part of Audi package - got a nice Audi badged bag of Autoglym goodies when I got the car.Works well and so far have not had to apply any wax etc.

    SE has monochrome DIS, Sport,S Line and S3 have Hi Res Colour DIS. All show same info. Audi ought to give colour on all models not just the pricier ones.

    **PICS** Standard v S-Line suspension

    I've gone for sport suspension on my A3 S line. Have 8P A3 sport at present and looks fine and handles OK. Had a A4 Quattro S Line a few years ago and was very hard on the fillings on rough roads!!!! Go drive - looks aren't everything!!!!

    Tested an A3 S Line with Pano roof and no height loss inside. My cousin just bought one on an SE. Just for my 2p I liked the Q3 interior but having driven several BMW 1 series and Audi A3's the new A3 wins.

    Worth checking your own insurer. Mine has new for old including all the extra added goodies for 1 year. So if you want GAP it can be deferred or see what your insurer can do.
