The clue is here "Control Module Malfunction - DBW Throttle Monitoring" - it's getting conflicting information from the throttle pedal (which is also probably the cause of the ABS error). Check the electrical connections to the throttle pedal.

The RNS-E turns on/off with ignition by decoding messages on the CAN bus, so if it's not turning on/off then here's a problem on the CAN bus. Do a Full VCDS scan and see what CAN bus errors get reported.
