Have had a spec stage 2 fitted to my s3 for while now, feels very oem, no problems at all although i was put off going for the 6 puck as drivability suffers under normal/street use. I believe Amd still recommend this brand.

Crikey, steady on guys the last line of post was pure sarcasm not to be taken as gospel. In reality the mod was for peace of mind as a standard air feed relies on air being forced or sucked in from around n/s headlight, the only noticable difference performance wise is slightly louder dv noise...

a quick mod for anyone running single FMIC on S3, I installed this on my S3 just to help get cold air to the factory box, remove n/s front wheel and arch liner, using a 60mm dia hose,( i used one from a pipercross kit), thread one end along the cavity in the inner wing and then angle down...

I have just had a Sportec FMIC fitted at AMD, not sure about volume but is slightly larger than the 2 side mounts combined, the side mounts suffer from 'heat soak' where the power drops off further up the rev range, my car now pulls very strong above 5000 revs and feels much smoother with it...

What do u mean by underdrive, i believe these are just lightenned.

pulleys have arrived, it is the two piece kit , not fitting for another week as waiting for a FMIC to arrive from Sportec, will post results after. AB

Thanks Drill, Have ordered the Neuspeed kit, thought it may compliment my lightweight flywheel, my engine management seems to sort out idle speed when climate switched on so i assume it will be same with pulleys

Hi, Anybody tried Neuspeed/ECS lightweight pulleys fitted to crank and P.A.S pump on a TT or S3, if yes what difference, (if any), does/did this make, also are their any drawbacks/problems. Thanks for any replies. AB.

Would you use the K&N Filter or stay standard, maybe drill the airbox with another cold feed
