I've been running the same lights with HID for a year now and they where on the car for almost a year before i got it and no problems with melting or failed LEDs :idea:
As above tho, 8K are a bit blue for my liking but each to their own :thumbs up:
I'm now regretting turning down a complete RS4 bumper with grille and fogs with the two front wings...same colour as my car too so would of been a straight swap!
Looking back at £750 I should

i have a 2006 2.0 TDi 140 on 173k. had the "throttle body" replace on 06/10/14 and ive done just short of 2000 miles since and today all of a sudden "limp mode" and these faults showing on VCDS:
8 Faults Found:
012545 - Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157)...
as above really guys...
At the end of my teather now with the car and have given up so need some advice on where to take her to be fixed around the Aldershot/Guildford area. (GU11)
it's holding 2 N75 faults and one for the Anti Shudder Valver, have replaced the N75 valve with no joy and the...
have a look on here and find a local member with VCDS:

they can plug you in and do a full scan and let you know whats going on :)
So I have changed the N75 valve and still getting short to ground faults. Traced all the loom and there is no break in any of it...
Could these EGR readings effect this?
Not sure what to do next?

sounds like the N75 and taking the inlet manifold off are the next port of call then.

so i have plugged my 2.0TDi (140) in and these codes are coming up:
P3101 - Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157) Short to Ground
P0245 - Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75) Short to Ground
P3373 - Intake Manifold Change-Over Valve Short to Ground
the intake/inlet valve...
Yeah have a lovely burble, people don't think it's a diesel from the back (apart from the soot around the tail pipes)
I'd say get it mapped after the new exhaust is fitted then it will be mapped to the flow of that system :) best of luck with it, I'm sure you'll be well happy with the results mate
