Try bar keepers friend (powder version) mix to a paste and then use a non scratch scourer or 0000 woolwire and see how that goes. Do not get stuff on rubber etc and wash off straight after. -

Paint correction

Windscreen and wipers
Get some bar keepers friend the powder one and give the glass a good clean. You can use 00 wool wire too. BKF powder make sure you make it into paste and wash off any from rubber and paintwork -

cleaning and protecting rear arches?
Just had to replace one on my front. Just use some APC and use a tyre brush and scrub and then rinse. Not sure what you can use to protect as it will pick up dirt straight away. Oh it is actually hard plastic so not soft as it looks. -
