I keep dabbling with the idea of a machine polisher but trying to justify cost over use. I would possibly only polish once maybe twice a year but I suppose I could use it for glazes more often.
I would say polish twice a year. Got to remember polishing is an abbrasive so its slowly cutting away at the clear coat. I know by hand won't remove as much as machine polishing but still something to think about. I would say give the car a good wash. If the paintwork still looks clean with no...
Polished Bliss also sell the Blackfire range, helpful guys too if your stuck on what to get and free postage in the UK too. Took about a week for my stuff to arrive if your not in a rush. Blackfire Wet Diamond Kit | Synthetic Car Paint Protection Kit
I have just cleaned my car and laid down some protection for winter. I went with Werkstat Acrylic kit from Polished Bliss. Was a bit expensive but not as expensive as the Blackfire stuff but so far it looks good.
Attended to a few light scratch's by hand first using Meguiars Ultimate compound.

You order of stuff is correct though you may want to consider a clay bar in between the wash and black hole. This will cleanse the paint of contaminates before glazing/polishing then the wax. Will mean you start with a fresh clean paintwork before laying enhancement products on. Try giving Juicy...
Best applicator I heard was the finger mitt. Also Super natural hybrid is supposed to be good. If just going for a sealant not wax I would recommend red mist tropical.
Did you have bad swirls and scratches or just minor swirls from washing? I don't think I need anything too aggressive on mine as the major swirls are only in on small area which I will tackle by hand.
I have been looking at getting a dual action machine for probably the sole task of applying paint cleansers and glazes. My car only has some light defects mainly swirls due to I think the previous owners was technique as I have always used the two bucket method.
From having a look at another...
This is what I need to make my mind up on purchase a machine over doing the job by hand with a microfibre applicator. My car only has light swirls mainly from previous owner wash technique I think, I have used the two bucket method for ages. I ain't into getting the condition immaculate just...
Just seen this linked from another post. How did you find lime prime with a white hex pad? Did it remove minor swirls? It's a combo I am looking at for using on my A4
