    The clay should be lubricated with plenty of, ideally, clay lubricant or failing that quick detailer so it slides easily over the paintwork. Dry clay will stick to the surface and can cause marrying and possibly even damage your lacquer

    Detailed or respray?

    Going through this on my car at the moment. The paint will need to be applied and built up in several layers, then wet sanded with wet dry paper (preferably 2000 down to 3000 grit). This can then be DA polished. Stone chips will not just polish out.

    Dodo juice do a 'diamond white' for lighter coloured cars but I'm now a convert to their supernatural paste wax. Fantastic stuff with the benefits of both wax and sealant and can be used on any colour

    What to use on my leathers?

    I use the same, every 3 months or so to keep the leather nourished and supple. No complaints with it at all
