When I picked up my A3 in December I was given a complimentary "supagard" pack.Wash,wax and alloy wheel cleaner,couple of cloths and wheel sponge. I beleive the dealer has the car treated with supaguard products on the interior and exterior before you pick the car up. It does cost £200 though...

Agree with bigmoose. I used to Valet cars for Ford during breaks from college. We used a chamois and the blue paper roll.Kymwipe I think it was called.Halfords now do a simliar roll for about a quid.Its the cheapest and most effective cleaner.
