if theyre are badly gouged and curbed theres places that can weld in small bits of aluminum in there and polish it off back to new. then u can get them painted or powdercoated.
i see a lot of dubbers using kiwi black shoe polish on plastic panels like that. they end up looking SUPER glossy and new looking, but it comes off eventually.
a light cutting compound with a random occilating buffer will help that. if you dont know how to properly do it DO NOT!!! let somebody who knows how help you with this, even if you have to pass them some coin. you dont want to make it worse than it is.
