Keep it and enjoy it since you have paid to keep it going. You'll never get your money back on from all that you have spent on it, although they do seem to be appreciating in value.
Stay clear of Terraclean and the like, it is basically snake oil, as it doesn't actually touch the intake valves and from what I've seen, it does absolutely nothing. To be honest a walnut blast is not something that is strictly necessary, but like you say many owners have seen much improved BHP...
The B&O is a must, it sounds epic, I had the Bose system in my S3 and there's no comparison to the B&O I have now. The seats are also not comparable, it is so easy to do long journeys in the S5 purely because of how comfortable the seats are. I wouldn't say the handling in the S5 is that great...
I think if you're that worried about the fuel costs then neither car is for you as you'll never be able to truly enjoy it! For me, with a heavy right foot the S5 will sit at around 22-26MPG. If you're trying you can easily achieve 30-32MPG, but each car will vary depending on factors such as...
My sentiments exactly, completely agree with the build quality, the fuel economy surprised me too. I didn't have wingbacks in the S3 but the S5 seats are on another level of comfort, glad to see you're enjoying your S5 too! Do you have any pics of it?
It's really in a different league isn't it! I feel like I have grown up moving from the S3. Something about the S5 is very serene, I do not feel the need to drive it hard. I see a lot of people criticising the V8 for lack of tunability vs the supercharged V6, as well as people saying it feels...
Obligatory pics of my personal reg on the car, as well as a new Audi Sport plate holder as the last one went with the S3. I really rate these plate holders, they screw into the existing holes on the boot lid, and the plate clips into the holder, feels very secure and looks excellent in my...
It's something I'll definitely look in to, ideally I would like to keep the car 100% oem is the only thing as I know royal have their own stitching pattern.
Thought I'd upload some better pictures of the loooovely interior. Still yet to give it a deep clean and protect the leather. Need to get my hands on some colourlock leather repair kit for the bolsters on the seats, it's not terrible but would like it to look perfect! In other news the drivers...
Bit of an eye watering experience purchasing tyres for the S5. They cost over double the price of the tyres on my old S3! I’m thinking I should have downsized to 19” wheels

Hi again all, I'm looking for a bluetooth adapter for my AMI rather than connecting my phone with an ugly lead coming out from the glovebox. From what I can find, all of the AMI bluetooth adapters need external power as the 2G AMI doesn't have power. Because of this I will need to connect the...
Are they really? There doesn't seem to be much of a stretch. This is good news though as the 255 tyres are slightly cheaper. Would you say the 255's are the best fit?
Thank you for the response!
Hello! So it's looking like my S5 will be needing some new tyres soon. I'm not very clued up on tyres and I am currently running the optional 20" alloys with an offset 0f 29 and a rim width of 9J, the tyres on the car are 265/30/ZR20.
My question is will I be able to run bigger tyres on the car...
