You don't have ZF8HP65A (8 speed tiptronic), your car has DL382 which is a 7 Speed DSG, this gearbox has even weaker clutches than the older DL501, first step is to remove the tune and flash back to standard calibration.

It doesn't need to be on a dyno, you can have a road tune as well. Tuner will alter calibrations and log data. Adjusting it and driving it until its performing correctly. Not just a flash and dash. Someone worth their slat will be able to flash the gearbox TCU for you.

Find a proper tuner. The mobile mapper you used most likely flashed a generic tune on the car. More expensive but at least your car will be properly calibrated to the hardware you have.

It depends whats done in the map. You can have your shift map altered if you want, but what you're after is to change the calibration of your clutch clamp pressure. Requesting more current from the valve will increase clutch pressure.

Increase your clutch clamp pressure first. If it doesn't fix the slip then look into getting a new clutch pack.

What torque is your putting out at the moment?

Yes definitely not cheap but even the standard clutch pack will run you about £500-800.

You have to keep looking, the BI-TDI ones usually pop for quite cheap time to time.

The Darkside one is just a universal cooler, the Airtec one looks better and will fit standard intercooler mounts. You can also get the intercooler from the 3.0 Bi-tdi which is another good option.

Most likely not down to high mileage at all, probably down to the mapper not knowing how to extract all the available power. Also swap your filter back to standard. @bobby singh may be able to help you.

The chain usually starts to rattle just over 100k for a second after startup, preventive measures is just keep changing the oil every 8-10k. CAPA/CCWA chain design is better than the CDUC you're looking at. That being said I don't think I've seen a case of one actually slipping causing engine...

I don't know why they but you can see the difference in the chains configurations in the attachment.

If you have to the 245bhp engine (CDUC) it will have two long chains and two tensioners for the cams and balance shaft. Then the oil pump also has a chain.

Definitely not a big job to change a wheel speed sensor, you will need to jack the car up and get the wheel off to access it.

Multironic is only available in front wheel drive versions, the power output of the engine is usually 204 ps or bhp. Specifically its after May 2010 when the s-tronic came.
