1/4 mile with under X seconds is pretty hard which is why they use auto/semi auto/hydrolic for 1/4 mile down to track even to rally, your basically saying every race driver is talentless purely because they want to shave milliseconds off the time.
Don't agree with you in the slightest to be...
Hydrolic Manual on the track. Automatic around London unless you want one huge leg.
Paddles for some spirited lane driving!
Proper drivers have manual, funniest thing I've heard in a long time is the least I can say!

Sports mode holds in first and second for way too long after the update.
Can be at 4k rpm and not change gear or be accelerating anymore for a good few seconds.

He stated his was a quattro so he's not going to notice it, mine feels twitchy booting it through the a roads but only a bit and on sharp corners.
Never heard of it and I probably wouldn't fit it as I like to feel a bit of twitching from the car otherwise it feels boring!
If he cleared them they won't be in VCDS as he didn't save the codes prior to deleting them. Unfortunately unless Carista has a backup on your phone your just going to have to wait for the codes to come up again. If the problem is still there and the code isn't Carista may have something...
I know that but you still need to wire it into your car and code it, If you don't understand that I would be getting someone to retrofit it for you, NHN offered to fit it, give him a message.
His car previously didn't have it, It won't have the wiring to the modules required to light it up, Activating it via vcds isn't the only thing required.
@Adam Russell get someone with Elsa to get you the diagrams and wire them up yourself, or pay someone to do it for you if you can't.
Yeah I forgot about that. Unless you already have hidden menu enabled you will need someone to code it in.
That is if they are able to be toggled on your system.
Thanks for the reminder!
They have to be wired into the required modules, Bit of a pain but there is a guide on here somewhere. The light holders, connectors, bulbs, wiring etc costs quite a bit alone.
I was quoted nearly £100 for the front doors alone including fitting.
I love it too, always get people passing by joking with me to do their car!
It will be worth it even more for me due to my 3 car drive way which has 2 cars in currently, waiting to sell the A3, Is completely covered by a massive sap tree. Did a thorough wash yesterday and today it is completely...
Ah ok, I have Meg's but a lot of my polish's are for black/dark cars due to my 2 last cars being a blue corsa and a black a3 so not many for white!
That would be great if you could find me the prices, Where is he based?
Never used Collinite 845 but seen the reputation of it on DW and then...
What polish do you use under the wax? Just bought myself a White A4 B8.5 Avant in Glacier White and it loves the tree sap! Got collinite coming tomorrow and everything else I already have, got loads of polishes but yours looks really clean. Where did you get 5L of fallout remover? Nearly out myself!
