Rear drive shafts should work between 01A rear and 01E rear but you will be hard pressed to find a pick and pull that will sell you a gearbox,prop shaft and rear diff WITHOUT the rear...

You dont need to cryo treat the block.It is fine the way it is.
Once it is a wideband ME-7 from a late 2001 then you will be fine to run it Mafless.If you are going to STAY DBC then 034 would be your best bet as they have alot of the DBC 2.0 20V here from builds done in the past...

You are going to have to clearance the walls of the block for the connecting rods though.
Wish someone had told you before you assembled the motor.
As for clutch, South Bend Stage IV will do the trick.No need to go with a CM 850 kit or similar as you wont have any use...
