Led DRL come with the Xenon lights package thats why it's pricey, but its an option I would always chose. What other options were you looking for? Cruise, Bose, Dimming Rear view mirrors, metallic paint, LED interior light package, Climate and the list goes on....all depends on your budget...

If Audi have taken a deposit off you and have given you a possible delivery date, then I beleive they have to give you a loan car until your new car actually arrives, there are several posts on others forums (A1 forum) where in certain "reliable" dealers have given there customers a loan car...

Agric, Go for the Tech pack (HDD Sat) its worth it and just has so many features. The Start Button is nice especially if its raining and you got your hands full and can't get to the keys quick enough, but I don't think its worth what Audi are charging for it.
