You first off need the car scanned with vcds or equivalent to see what swcm you have.
Then you will need to go on to rosstech page as they have a table of all of these modules to see first of all if it is mfsw compatible.
Once this is confirmed you will need a wiring module for the extra buttons...

Hi mate, I would say first thing is got it scanned to see what trouble codes have been logged or stored. If you are good with tech try and get vcds or obdeleven dongle. This items alone are a god send with the vag group of cars.
I would just use crewe audi parts. Uk based, very helpful and the prices are probably no different to all these online parts companies. Use them all the time
