They'll physically fit but the size is quite different to stock so your speedometer readout will be incorrect and if you have Quattro then you'd have to fit to all 4 corners.

Had a Samsung Galaxy S II until recently when I upgraded to the Sony Xperia Z1. Didn't think much of the S II but I am quite happy with the Z1. Camera is junk but the handset in general is quite nice, if a bit big.
