    Corrupt ebay buyers?

Have you actually called someone at Ebay and asked them to look into it / had a chat with them - ie initial claims it didnt turn up when it did and he put that in writing, then he is saying not as described. Ie the guy has lied once so is loosing credibility and syaing its not as described...

The TT forum is one dead place

ITs interesting ASN is the most active i have been on but i think its mainly A3 dominated unlike Audi SRS which is entirely propped up by the RS4 / S4 B5 community. I joined an A8 forum as own an S8 but that was similarly dead..

Anybody done a driving experience day before or drove at Elvington north yorks?

I have done a skid pan, rally and single seater thing at the inner silverstone (came 1st :) but found them all fairly tame. They are all fairly dumbed down given most people prob couldnt handle something full bore, there again perhaps ive done the wrong ones. .

    calling all finance/banking experts...

There is nothing out there which you will get a good return on tbh. Interest rates are flat. Lock it up in a 5 year bond with a blue chip - rates are pretty good.. Compare the best 4 & 5 year fixed rate bonds - moneyfacts.co.uk

Car accident damaged ? Here is how to tell..

I bought this little gizzmo the other day - superb little paint depth gauge for £50 and should add, am in no way connected to the retailers. Factory machine paint finishes are around 120 microns and thinner than aftermarket paint work which is normally thicker around 200+ but you get an...

My mum needs to go to court!

I'm not a legal expert so bear that in mind: She did stop, and if they don't have a CCTV camera to prove it, then its her word against the other persons imo and there is no real reason why a law abiding person with car insurance would lie under oath on that one really or not stop at the scene...

Has anyone ever bought a car and sold it for parts?

To be blunt Turskster, your writing style in this thread is boastery verging on BS.. Its nice of you to let us all know who you know and what you dont but a little encouragement and help towards the OP was the general idea..

Has anyone ever bought a car and sold it for parts?

Come on big guns, just one of your small customers would be a snip off the 1000s of cars you claim to break etc, so yes, why not help someone out. Pm him..

Has anyone ever bought a car and sold it for parts?

From my experience cars don't go anywhere near that cheap. My advice is to pick a certain vehicle and build up familiarity with it as dismantling 2nd time around gets easier and much much quicker. You also will have the same tools - don't underestimate the outlay here and don't skimp on the...

Has anyone ever bought a car and sold it for parts?

I assume you had a breakers license then ? I find £650 hard to believe or perhaps the underwriter was having a serious dumb moment when they let that one go so cheap..

Go and live in Perth WA, it is the Mediterranean of Aus - fantastic climate and you have the most spectacular big country surrounding you - the Margret river to the south and to the north.. well, how much more wild can you get.. The East coast is far more populated and urban by comparison. The...

offered a job in australia, decisions decisions.............

Ive lived in a quite few different countries for up to a year or two and would 'defo recommend it mate' ;) BUT after a while the novelty will wear off and you may start to miss home but until that happens soak it up.
