Oh ok. It's the pipe that goes off to the charge pipe that I thought should get shut off. As a test I blocked the one that goes off to the charge pipe and the car was boosting as it should. That's what led me on to test the n75 in the first place.

Did you replace the expansion tank cap when you replaced the tank?

Thanks ;) I checked my DV (forge 007) and its working as it should, I've also had a catch can fitted for years now so i've done away with most of the PCV hoses.

Glad you got it sorted in the end ;) What I meant was that while driving the boost gauge only goes to -10 (vac), 0 if the cars under heavy load like going up a hill...etc. but at idle it sits at -20 vac. So really I never get any positive boost...lol

At idle it sits at -20 as it always has ;) Something else i did because i wanted to make sure the turbo was actually producing any boost was to squeeze the hose going into the throttle body and have someone rev the car up, this resulted in the hose filling up so much that i couldn't keep it...
