Hey all sorry bringing back a old thread I have just bought some 3omm apex springs and some 15mm spacers (i have sme 10 mm spacers already for the front) do you have to change the front and rear anti roll bars ? or are standard ones fine for 30mm on apex springs and standard Tie bars? Cheers

Flux all the way however admiral said they would insure me with a FMIC but they dont do over 5 modifications. Also adrian flux do flex drive witch i paid 30 squid extra and it makes it so ur fully comp on any other car thats not at ur address or with finance on it

If ur after a standard inlet manifold i have a spare one of a APY wih throttle body if u was interested will sell cheap as need space in the garage

Hi all I have a spare inlet manifold im looking to fit i have bought the gaskets thats needed. Is there any pointers anyone can give me ?? As cant afford to have the car off the road. What sort of torque do i need to do the bolts to on the inlet mani when i fit it as i dont wanna over do it...
