The noise mainly comes when the car is moving in a straight line and is more noisy when crawling along at low speed, say in traffic There are no vibrations coming through the steering wheel at higher speeds to suggest it is tracks rods etc but will look nonetheless

I had mine remapped by superchips and have had not problems at all. The delivery is progressive and until about 3500rpm and then it goes through to about 6500rpm. Its not harsh.

I did not disconnect the battery due to the fact the airbag had already deployed and it was the airbag that I was changing. Disconnect the airbag as a precaution though. But make sure you have the code for the stereo, if it is standard equipment.

I have never got over 320 mile on a full tank. On long journeys it wil happily do 200 miles for half a tank. Then I will only get another 150 if I am lucky (behaved).
