Already have two f/1.4 lenses but, even at 6400ISO, there are limits :)

Much prefer natural light myself whenever possible but flash is a necessary evil at weddings sometimes.

No the grip is attached to the bottom of the camera and supplies it with power - this was a battery pack in a shoulder sling with a coiled cable up to the flash itself to provide more power. Similar concept to the (extortionately expensive) Canon CP-E4.

Ah yeah I've already got one of those funnily enough - was actually on about an external battery pack he was using for longer flash life and faster recycling :)

Unfortunately I'm not :p Was just wondering what the external flash power pack he was using was as I'm looking for something similar myself. Did see it briefly but can't remember what it was.
