I would say the boost figures you have stated are very reasonable for a unmapped car. If I remember correctly standard boost would be around 0.8 Bar, which equates to about 12 PSI. Anyway its not about how much boost is generated its more important that it holds that pressure, hence the N75J valve.

I take it you have checked the wheel nuts mate. Had a similar thing on my B5 and the garage had torqued them but the wheel couldn't have been sat right and I found all the nuts hand tight by the time I got home.

Have always got away with pushing it one way, getting your fingers behind it and pulling. Never had a problem doing it like this.

Your car looks great buddy. Mirrors and roof suit the car really well. Am not quite so sure about the grill. Personally feel it would look better with the Rs4 grill. Wheels also suit the car well.

As far as I know the glass isn't different between the A4 and S4. The only change occurs with the facelift model B5 which has a different shape mirror cover. I am sure there is a post on here about this though and its something to do with the facelift covers being slightly more angled nearest...
