Don't go anywhere near Lancaster Audi in Manchester !!! Check with your local stealer ... but ask for a Audi-approved body shop. Not all Audi-stealers are approved. Audi-approved bodyshops are few and far between. I think there is one in Blackburn.

18c is really too low in hot weather. It will struggle to get the temp down to that and maintain it. Remember it is Aircon not just cooling so 20c should be comfortable for most people. It should be able to maintain it with minimum noise intrusion.

My running average since new is 24mpg. My best weekly figure is 28mpg, which just happened to be during the first week of ownership. Its been all down-hill since then ...
