    When fitting a blanking plate, is it better to fit it at the bottom of the pipe (turbo end) or the top of the pipe (EGR end)? Also, is a gasket required?

    Hi all. Noticed that part of the outer circle of the visible radiator fan is missing on my A4 130 TDi (AWX). Any idea how this could've broken off? It is part of the outer circumference between two fan blades, approx 2-3" of plastic.

    Yeah compared to LED's they are of course not white in the modern sense, but white nonetheless compared to the original bulbs the car was fitted with. Will look in to the Philips 501's, how much should these be roughly?
