    Polybushing

I wouldnt recommend poly bushing the old arms. The bushes may be worn but the chances are the ball joints will be as well. The bushes for the upper arms are the exact same for the b5/b6/b7 as are the curved rear lower arms. The front lower arms have a different ball joint from b5 to b6/b7 due...

    Remap?

No worries. I have not used AMD personally but i am sure that there are plenty on here who have. I hope you get the car sorted and that it makes good power.

    Remap?

I would get the car health checked first before changing the map. You could be suffering from a boost leak which is making your car feel flat. Best making sure it is 100% healthy. AMD would be able to check your car out and let you know if there are any issues

another engine mount question a4 cab 20041.8t quattro drivers side

For me the best option would be rs4 mounts or better still 034 motorsport mounts. £160 for the hydro mount is a bit steep.

are b5 engine mounts the same as b6

The b5 mounts will fit the 3.0 b6. I would either buy rs4 mounts as they are solid rubber or 034 density mounts as they are another step above the rs4 mounts due to being better rubber with no void rather than fluid filled stock mounts.

    front suspension arm kit?

From what i know of the ebay arms, they are not very good and do not last all that long. False economy in my opinion. Going for something like the 034 motorsport or meyle kit mentioned in this thread would be your best option and both kits are tried an tested. I run the 034 Motorsport kit on my...

Yeah that is a bit of a stinger. I know moving to the newer coil packs is more expensive in the short term but over the course it will save you £££

    2.0 coilpacks on 1.8t

yeah im not impressed that the 2.0 coil pack are cheaper & better than ours. Bit unfair if you ask me.

    2.0 coilpacks on 1.8t

I wouldnt really bother with trying to fit them without the spacers. For the money the spacers cost i dont think it is really worth it.

    2.0 coilpacks on 1.8t

Yes I will be running the spacers as i have a b5 rs4.
