I'm not taking side as I don't know enough but I'd like your comments.
In the brake test, if one wheel is moving i.e. the one on the roller, why doesn't the car apply the brakes to force torque transfer?
Isn't this the same type of scenario as if I parked with one wheel on ice or in a rut...

I thought I had loads of pics but when I looked through my photo albums I found I only had these fitted on my car from between March 2005 and Nov 2006 before I put RS4 reps on.
My RS6 reps (as per these pics) are for sale if you want to make an offer. They've sat doing nothing since Nov 2006...
Not brave as I had the wife (the co-pilot voice!) and a boot full of luggage! It was fun though. Just shows how safe and predictable a quattro car is :)
The new 2.0T is fast enough for my use now. With two kids I'm rarely able to give it full beans so a new S4 would have simply been wasted...
For getting off the mark it's the opposite! A N/A engine is straight on it where as a turbo may have to spool up. It obviously depends how you're revving the engine.
I guarantee you will not find the S4 slow off the mark. Mine was stage 3 so just went but my mates is stock and that also just...
They're getting towards a kind of bucket seat and it was the lateral supports that caused issues along with the deeper base.
This pic seems to flatten them a bit but you get the idea.
