What's this vag com. Iv seen a few different scanning tools on the bay. I have my own bluetooth adapter and torque pro on my phone which reads information and fault codes etc Do I need vag com to program key then if my synchro doesn't work ?

Which battery does the key fob take. I changed it using the same number as the one previously in but the buttons aren't working still. There were different kinds I'm the shop. 3023 and 3033 maybe of something.
