thanks - I forgot to say that bit - Yes that symbol comes up as the vehicle is stationary - I just don't know the reason for the s/s then not cutting in - it certainly worked until recently as I normally override it with the "off" button - its almost as is if it has got used to me switching it...

Folks - Although I often manually switch s/s off via the button, it now seems to have stopped cutting in for no apparent reason. There are no obvious warning messages or fault lights on but it seems to just not be working? On our manual A1 it still works as expected but don't know whats wrong...

most odd - I am sticking with my original thoughts - still believe it has sat nav and for whatever reason they have not mentioned it

do you know it does not have sat nav or just assuming it has not due to the spec description? My gut feeling is that this car will have it?

my understanding was that apart from se spec cars, sat nav was standard on fl cars - perhaps the one being described is not a UK spec car?
