    The world vs Audi drivers...

I feel the same too... the amount of idiot S3 / RS3 drivers around here want to try and prove something is getting out of control.... had a stupid c**t undertake me yesterday to get 1 place ahead, and in doing so nearly hit the ambulance (with its lights on) that I had slowed down to give room...

    Paint flaking off!

Really?!? As long as you're happy I guess, but haven't they just caused more damage to your car? surely the paint should have been there though... other S3 bumpers are painted in there, why shouldn't yours? how have they 'scraped' it off without compromising the rest of the bumper, if paint...

    Paint flaking off!

if it's overspray, the black will be raised - I.e. it will be on top of the silver paint. It's very easy to prove it one way or another..I'm shocked someone had the balls to try and pass it off TBH... if the black is lower, and the silver raised then paint is missing, and it should be silver...

    S3, bored after 6 months...HELP!

it's certainly never going to be achieved with an Audi that's for sure... they are not an exciting range of cars, safe, fast, dull, yes.. but exciting... no way! have you thought about the GT86? fun rwd, easy to slide about and have a bit of a laugh?? or maybe a Z4 or MX5.... again RWD and...

    S3, bored after 6 months...HELP!

if you're chasing a motorbike feeling, you would be better getting a small light car like a caterham or something like that. there isn't an Audi on earth going to give you half the thrill of a bike....my heavily modified RS6 is still nowhere near as fast or as exciting as my ZX-12R... but at...

    S3 fuel

I use soooper dooper magic 97+ RON in all my cars and bikes... regardless of any economy/power gains, which TBH is always going to be hit or miss, and pretty pointless when you get to the stage 2 remap stages... I feel the increased cleaning additives in the fuel keeps all the lines etc in a...

    Start / Stop Function

I love the start stop function, I think it's a great idea and so easy to use.

Is 300 Bhp Enough For Uk Roads?

some nice cars there... you're going to find a S3 soooo slow and boring I fear.... I totally agree with you about how you use the power... hence why I have my bikes for more 'fun' and actually looking at getting rid of the RS6 for something like a little "slow" lotus... ;)

Is 300 Bhp Enough For Uk Roads?

but to answer your question more seriously... with the MRC stage 2 upgrades, I've turned a fast car into a stupidly fast car... you have to be looking a mile up the road before hitting the loud pedal, or you could be in trouble... plus, hitting 140+ is far, far too easy to do... you know those...

Is 300 Bhp Enough For Uk Roads?

no, there is never enough POOOWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH :jump::jump::jump: to bounce your arguement back to you... why 300bhp? my runabout has 60bhp, and can sit at 70mph very happily... So why the real need for anything more???? ;)

    Quattro

is that why my rear 12r pads only last 1k miles... ;) lol

    Nice *** Shot Anyone?

of course I do.... V power is IMO The best fuel out there for efficient burning and keeping the engine clean. (this may all be complete BS, but hey... lol ) I'll use other high RON fuels as well, but always try to get the shell stuff. I use it in all my cars and bikes, I don't see it 'just' as...

    Nice *** Shot Anyone?

I'm the same, but this isn't my car... it's a lease... so I don't worry! lol I do really short journals in mine, so my mpg isn't the best, compared to some on the owners forum. the tank is 35 litres, and since I use V power fuel, it costs about £45 from empty to fill up. my average mpg is...

    Nice *** Shot Anyone?

for what it is, I really like it. it has all the mod cons like full elecs, heated seats, Bluetooth, sat NAV, stop start, battery regeneration, etc... and even though I purposely got the 'slower' version, it's fun to nip about in and doesn't feel like a small car. I'm using it as my daily, and...

    Quattro

"proper" quattro is for the cars with longitudinal engine (front to rear) like the A4, A6, A8. haldex is for transverse engines in, usually smaller cars, like the A3, Q3, TT. although I do love winding people up about not having the proper quattro, it's a really good system and I'm not quite...

    Bad parking

spaces are actually getting smaller...with new or redesigned car parks. it's a conscious effort to only allow small cars into city centre spaces and new car parks... most councils actually have space size guidelines, you have to dig deep to find them, but they mostly haven't been updated for...

    Bad parking

lol... now that's some desperate parking! it's a 2002 S8... and most of the time, it's a) too long for new spaces, and b) either too wide, or just on the limit... which means, due to the thickness of the doors, if someone parks in the next space, you can't open the door wide enough to get in...
