The break down of your code means 03 = Aux + MFSW, 3 = CD-changer + digital sound system, 02 =Leather interior + Diesel engine, 0 = Sound system ( no passive speaker/ no correction, 1 = Europe. Its all read backwards.
Looks like the only thing missing is the telephone in your coding under option...
How long ago did you change the code and are you still using the same laptop? If you are still using the same laptop there will be a coding log file in the vcds folder (I can't remember the exact location) that will have the original code for your car recorded in it.
If you have AMI installed the is no way to have it switch between the AMI and AUX automatically as you have to unplug the AUX to install the AMI.
