Check out the wiring diagram above, but for the 3 wire, should be some combination of +/-/data. Again it uses a pwm signal so you can't hook up with just a switch.

I'd suggest getting an aftermarket oil pressure gauge. The oil light on these cars turns on when damage is already most likely done.
Last time, dealer told me to keep driving it, WITH the light on. [emoji2357]
I don't know as I have the 3 wire, not the 4 wire. It uses PWM signal and the two will not work even if hooked up. You have to change your actuators to the correct one of the car.
A3/s3 - 3pin
Rs3 - 4pin
The 3 pin actuators is the wiring image above, however look at the colors of the wires to...
I ended up buying a whole new 3 pin actuators and controllers. Its the price of one oem actuator from dealer.
I have not managed to hook up into the ecu, which I believe is pin 28 as it comes with a remote and obd dongle if u want to open close at specified rpm...
I have the 4 pin rs3 exhaust flap actuator. All the wiring diagrams I see for a3/s3 and 2017+ rs3 have the 3 pin.
Does anyone know the difference?
4pin PN: 8S0-133-246-B
3pin PN: 4H0-133-246-J
My car accepts the 3pin that I'm aware of but don't have the other actuators for it to just hook up...
This is exactly why I will never buy an Audi/VW ever again. I've gotten the run around 4 times trying to get warranty work done a s 2 of the issues being their fault.
Just maddening they treat customers like this.

Ohm meter and then you can use vcd or obd11 to test each Injector. You can just hear them click too using the testing procedure too.
Are you getting Misfires? If so, that would make me believe they could be clogged and causing the error code as well. But if so the test and check all...
Low pressure is MPI, high pressure is DI injectors. The error code should tell you exactly what Injector is causing.

That engine is amazing. I wish I could get the camshaft "assembly" like it has as an aftermarket option for my car. Would improve output dramatically.

I was thinking about the Integra type R and I remember saying "wow how In the world can they do that" when v6's barely had 200 hp!

That's pretty remarkable to do and still be reliable with one less cylinder. Who would of thought 30 years ago when the whole import scene was trying to get to just 200 naturally aspirated wheel horsepower, we'd be seeing four bangers with 500hp with a slight tune. Kinda mind blowing when you...
I'm actually trying to do this as well using an OEM rs7 wing. It will be plug and play as the 8v ECU supports it and can be turned on via obd11 or vcd. Just use the oem spoiler module and it should work, however, the fabrication part is where I haven't started as I need to get another trunk lid...
Live in a warmer climate and cooled leather seats are the happiest place you want to be.
I've been looking to get my seats replaced with something like wing back recaros, however, the airbags are mainly the issue.
For what they are, all show, no go. For the price premium these seats should have far more support for those that track or just drive aggressively, along with some premium features (memory and cooling seats would be nice).
They are pretty but not as functional as they should be.
