    Not rally much to say, just a moan. A bit of lack of prep. on my part but all the bit's are so damn delicate on the bike, one bolt sanpped going back in, bit's not lining up properly... I prefer working on Audis!

    Anybody changeg the discs & pads on an 03 focus / C-max?

    Got this done, all went like a dream! Apart from the off-side rear, In my embarissing neglet the pad had gotten so low that the piston had popped out to far and wouldn't go back in. Didn't have the know how to fix it so it had to go to a shop. Only £30 labour. Cheers for the help tho!

    Shot in the dark mate but aren't the 'cups' where the power stearing rack attaches or links to the TREs? or maybe just the TRE's themselves? Just like big ball joint type things? If you ask me, steering cups is as techincal a description as 'Control Disc to Make Picture in Window Change' aka...
