As a more convenient option to the external changer, the Symphony II doesn't seem like a bad bet, while RNS-E costs so much. In-built 6 disc changer would tidy things up a bit :)

Interestingly, whilst researching the RNS-E system, I came across this site: Ti Kan: Audi Radios . Almost at the bottom of that page, the Concert II is listed, and it says the car is pre-wired for external CD changer.
